An initial in depth assessment, including range of
motion testing, postural analysis, abdominal testing and
nutritional coaching will take place.
Each program that is written for a client is bespoke and lasts
for 4-6 weeks, after which the program is assessed and progressed
accordingly.
Vicki sees her clients once a week, up to 5 times a week, or if
their budget is lower Vicki sees clients every 6 weeks for program
changes.
Personal Training and Nutrition Training come hand in
hand. Vicki spends an hour with each client discussing
lifestyle and nutritional changes that need to be made to achieve
their goal. Nutritional Coaching is available without the
Personal Training, diet sheets will be given to clients and their
progress will be regularly monitored.
Group, joint and partner personal training

On a budget?? Maybe get a friend or a group of friends together
and have group personal training and nutrition coaching. Or
maybe come as husband and wife together. 2-8
people training together = reduced costs.
