No one body is the same, some weigh heavier, some weigh light! If you train hard and have more muscle expect to be heavier! There is no “healthy” Weight!!
One thing I teach my girls is to not pay too much attention to the scales.......as a women we fluctuate daily on the scales due to hormones, water, digestion and much more! If we exercise this can also alter our weight!
Do not get hung up on the numbers!!
Take pictures 📷 visual progress is awesome, is women need proof things are working and this is the ONLY way to do that!
FEEL.....how do your clothes feel? How do YOU feel about your body? Feel your progress!!
At the beginning the scales can be used and of corse I use them but long term use pics! Use measurements and FEEL your progress!
